The Oracool Tempa is a 7-zone hybrid pocket spring mattress engineered for cooler, deeper, more comfortable sleep. In the standard UK Double 4ft 6in, it’s a strong all-round choice for main bedrooms, couples wanting a comfortable shared sleep space, and single sleepers who want a bit more room to stretch out.

The cool-touch quilted knit cover has an instant cooling feel the moment you lie down, backed by a layer of 100g cooling fibre and 10mm of Blue Air memory foam that keeps airflow moving and heat moving away from the body. Underneath, 23mm of convoluted foam and a set of isolated comfort pads work with a 220mm pocket spring unit to relieve pressure at the hips and shoulders and support the natural curve of the spine.

The pocket spring unit is divided into seven support zones — head, shoulder, upper back, lumbar, hip, leg and foot — so different parts of the body get the right amount of give and support. Springs are individually pocketed, which means movement on one side of the bed isn’t transferred across — a real advantage for couples, particularly where one partner is a lighter sleeper or gets in and out of bed during the night.

Medium firmness gives a balanced feel that suits most sleepers and works well across back, side and front sleeping positions. The mattress arrives fully assembled and ready to use.
