Company: BCW International Limited t/a Group Price (“Group Price”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Group Price Influencer Partner Programme (“Programme”). By applying to or participating in the Programme, you (“Influencer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Programme Overview
The Programme enables approved influencers to promote Group Price annual memberships in return for commission payments based on verified membership signups and renewals.
Participation in the Programme does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Group Price.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Operate an active social media presence
- Provide accurate and complete application information
- Be approved in writing by Group Price
Approval is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Initial Signup Commission
Influencers will receive:
- £15 for each new annual membership purchased using the Influencer’s unique referral link or discount code.
A qualifying membership must:
- Be fully paid
- Not be refunded, cancelled, or disputed
- Be verified as genuine and non-fraudulent
3.2 Renewal Commission
Influencers will receive:
- £15 when a referred member renews their annual membership.
Renewal commission will only be paid if:
- The original referral was correctly tracked
- The Influencer remains an active participant in the Programme at the time of renewal
- The membership renewal payment is successfully processed
4. Referral Tracking
Each approved Influencer will receive:
- A unique referral link
- A unique discount code (10% off membership)
Commission will only be payable where:
- The referral link or discount code is used at checkout; or
- Group Price’s tracking system correctly attributes the referral to the Influencer.
Group Price’s tracking data and records shall be final and binding in determining commission entitlement.
5. Payment Terms
- Commission payments are made weekly in arrears.
- A minimum payout threshold may apply (confirmed upon approval).
- Payments will be made via bank transfer or other agreed method.
- Influencers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
Group Price reserves the right to withhold payment where:
- Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected
- A membership payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back
- These Terms have been breached
6. Tax Responsibility
Influencers are solely responsible for:
- Declaring all commission income
- Paying any income tax, National Insurance, VAT, or other applicable taxes
Group Price does not deduct tax at source unless legally required to do so.
7. Influencer Obligations
Influencers agree to:
- Promote Group Price accurately and truthfully
- Avoid misleading claims regarding savings or benefits
- Comply with UK advertising regulations, including the CAP Code issued by the Advertising Standards Authority
- Clearly disclose partnership status where required (e.g., #ad or #affiliate where applicable)
- Avoid spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive tactics
- Avoid bidding on Group Price branded keywords in paid advertising without written permission
Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals or signing up fictitious members
- Incentivising signups with cash or undisclosed rewards
- Using misleading “get rich quick” claims
- Paid traffic fraud or automated traffic
- Impersonating Group Price
Any breach may result in:
- Immediate removal from the Programme
- Forfeiture of unpaid commission
- Legal action where appropriate
9. Intellectual Property
Influencers may use approved Group Price branding, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Programme.
You may not:
- Alter official branding without permission
- Register domains, handles, or accounts resembling Group Price
- Represent yourself as an employee or official spokesperson
All intellectual property remains the property of Group Price Ltd.
10. No Guarantee of Earnings
Earnings depend entirely on:
- The number of verified memberships referred
- The quality and engagement of your audience
- Continued participation in the Programme
Group Price makes no guarantees regarding income or earning potential.
11. Programme Modifications
Group Price reserves the right to:
- Amend commission rates
- Modify membership pricing
- Change payout structures
- Update Programme terms
Reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Group Price may immediately terminate participation where:
- These Terms are breached
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- The Influencer’s conduct may damage Group Price’s reputation
Upon termination:
- Pending legitimate commissions will be paid
- Future renewal commissions will cease
- All marketing use of Group Price branding must stop immediately
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Group Price shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of income or profits
- Platform outages or tracking errors
- Third-party technical failures
Total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to the Influencer in the preceding 12 months.
14. Data Protection
Both parties agree to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Influencers must not:
- Collect or store member data without lawful basis
- Share referral data outside permitted use

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
