8.5 In-Transit Goods: Where Goods are marked as “In-Transit” or “Arriving Soon”, the date shown on the Website is the estimated arrival date at the port/dock. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Delivery or collection will typically be arranged 7–10 working days after the estimated arrival date to allow for transit to our warehouse and quality processing.
(b) The arrival date is an estimate provided by third-party logistics partners and may be subject to change due to events outside our control (see Section 16).
(c) We will notify you once the Goods have been processed at our warehouse and are ready for dispatch or collection.
9.1 Risk passes to you once goods are delivered.
9.2 Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
10.1 Returns and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy and Refund Policy.
10.2 Made-to-order, bespoke, or customised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
11.1 If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within a reasonable time.
